Resumo

Cada vez mais o planejamento das atividades de manutenção, vem se destacando como diferencial competitivo mundial nas indústrias. Além do planejamento, a programação e o controle - durante a após as atividades - também são muito importantes no processo de preparação das grandes paradas. O planejamento é a ação pró-ativa de analisar as dificuldades e interferências que poderão acontecer, durante a execução do serviço, e tomar as medidas necessárias para que a mesma não ocorra ou seja a mínima possível. A programação é a alocação de recursos, preparações e elaboração de cronogramas de acompanhamento das atividades. O controle é o acompanhamento dos serviços durante a execução, com o objetivo de ajuste e monitoramento contínuo, além de elaboração relatórios e históricos após a execução. Vamos através deste trabalho enfocar as ações que são tomadas no planejamento, programação e controle das grandes paradas dos Convertedores, na Aciaria da CST. Ações estas, que contribuem diretamente para o alcance da missão da empresa: “ Desenvolver continuamente ações que conduzam ao aumento de sua liderança como fornecedor preferencial de produtos semi-acabados e que contribuam para o aumento da competitividade dos seus clientes, em harmonia com os interesses dos acionistas, fornecedores, empregados e a comunidade ”.

 

Each time more the planning of the maintenance activities, becomes as competitiveveness differential world-wide in the industries. Beyond the planning, the programming and the control – during and after the activities - also are very important in the preparation process of the great shutdowns. The planning is the pro-action that analyzes the difficulties and interferences that could happen on the execution of the service, and to take the actions to avoid or to reduce it as minimum as possible. The programming is the allocation of resources, preparations and elaboration of schedules of the activities. The control is the accompaniment of the services during the execution, with the objective of adjustment and continuous monitoring, beyond the reports and descriptions after the execution. Through this work, we are focusing the actions that are taken in the planning, programming and control of the great shutdowns of the Converters, in the steelmaking plant at CST. Action, which directly contributes to reach the mission of its company: “To develop actions continuously that leads to the increase of its preferential leadership as half- finished products supplier and contribute for the increase of the customers competitiveness, in harmony with the shareholders, suppliers and the community interests"
