Resumo

Este artigo está inserido no âmbito do desenvolvimento de uma dissertação de mestrado sobre o Planejamento e Controle da Manutenção (PCM), em que configura-se como uma estratégia competitiva, da área de manutenção, também é considerado uma concepção da função manutenção baseado em confiabilidade para sustentar a busca dos objetivos e metas maiores da função produção, ou seja, garantir a segurança no trabalho,a preservação do meio ambiente, a confiabilidade e disponibilidade dos equipamentos, bem como manter a estabilidade do sistema produtivo em uma fundição. Este estudo fundamentou-se numa revisão bibliográfica. No desenvolvimento do trabalho de campo, para consolidar o mecanismo de priorização das tarefas de manutenção foi utilizado a fundição da UTFPR Campus Ponta Grossa apoiado pela implementação de um plano de manutenção preventiva com intuito de auxiliar o gestor no momento da tomada de decisão, bem como, evitar as possibilidades de manutenção corretivas no setor.

 

This article is inserted in the scope of a Master’s dissertation development on the Maintenance’s Planning and Control (MPC), which it is configured as a competitive strategy of the maintenance area and it’s also considered as a conception of the maintenance function based on reliability to support the search of objectives and bigger goals of the production function, that is, to guarantee the security in the workspace, the preservation of the environment, the reliability and availability of the equipment, as well as keeping the stability of the productive system in a casting. This study was based on a bibliographical revision. In the development of the field work, to consolidate the prioritization mechanism of the maintenance’s tasks, it was used the UTFPR Ponta Grossa Campus’ casting, which was supported by the implementation of a preventive maintenance plan intending to assist the manager at the moment of the decision taking, as well as preventing the corrective possibilities of maintenance in the sector.
