Resumo

O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar o desenvolvimento do programa “5S” nas Usinas de aços especiais da Aços Villares S A, especificamente na Oficina Mecânica da Utilidades da planta de Mogi das Cruzes- SP, mostrando como a criação da cultura do “5S” nos profissionais contribuiu, juntamente com a certificação ABRAMAN, na redução dos índices de manutenção nos equipamentos do setor, em especial das bombas centrífugas de grande porte. Apresenta ainda as principais dificuldades para implantação, problemas de comportamento do grupo e suas soluções, inclusive de parceiros, além das premiações e incentivos decorrentes da evolução do programa. A implementação de um programa para melhoria continua como o “5S” veio de encontro à necessidade de se organizar a execução dos serviços aplicados aos equipamentos, executando-os de forma acertiva e sistematizada, essencial à continuidade do processo produtivo. Para a obtenção do resultado desejado, é necessário que o grupo que está incorporado à manutenção tenha plena consciência de suas responsabilidades e atribuições, incluindo no seu dia a dia formas de organizar ferramentas e componentes necessários para o bom andamento dos serviços a serem executados. Com a aplicação do programa “5S”, regendo toda uma forma organizacional de trabalho, e do programa de certificação ABRAMAN, obtivemos os resultados que serão apresentados no decorrer deste.

 

The objective of this work is to present the development of the program “5S” in special steel plant of Aços Villares SA, specifically in the Workshop Mechanics of the Utilities of the of Mogi of Cruzes plant, showing as the creation of the culture of “5S” in the professionals contributed, together with certification ABRAMAN, in the reduction of the indexes of maintenance in the equipment of the sector, in special of the centrifugal pumps machines. It presents too the main difficulties for implantation, problems of behavior of the group and it’s solutions, including partners, beyond the awardings and decurrent incentives for the evolution of the program. The implementation of a program for continuous improvement as “5S” came in direction to the necessity of organizing the execution of the jobs applied to the equipment, executing them of acertiva and systemize form, essential to the continuity of the productive process. To achieve the desired result, it is necessary that the maintenance group have full conscience of its responsibilities and attributions, including forms to organize tools and components necessary for the good course of the services to be executed. With the application of the 5S program, conducting all organizacional forms of work, and the program of certification ABRAMAN, we got the results that will be presented in elapsing of this.
