Resumo

A cerveja é a bebida alcoólica mais consumida no mundo. O mercado está a cada dia mais buscando produtos diferenciados e até exclusivos, surge assim a inovação de servidores. Este projeto visa desenvolver um dispositivo para facilitar o processo de servir cerveja. Realizou-se a implementação do servidor no software SolidWorks para a simulação das medidas ideais, e através dessas medidas, simulou-se no programa Adams - The Multibody Dynamics Simulation Solution, onde aplicando-se uma força de 20 N (Newtons), obteve-se o comportamento de velocidades angulares em graus/segundo no dispositivo. Através do resultado de GDL=1 (Grau de Liberdade), observou-se que com apenas uma aplicação de força é possivel movimentar o dispositivo.

 

Beer is the most consumed alcoholic beverage in the world. The market is increasingly looking for differentiated and even exclusive products, so the innovation of servers. This project aims to develop a device to facilitate the process of serving beer. The implementation of the server in the SolidWorks software was done to simulate the ideal measurements, and through these measures, it was simulated in the program Adams - The Multibody Dynamics Simulation Solution, where applying a force of 20 N (Newtons), was obtained the behavior of angular velocities in degrees / sec in the device. Through the result of GDL = 1, it was observed that with only one force application it is possible to move the device.
