Resumo

As propriedades mecânicas e abrasivas da resina epoxídica DGEBA (Diglicidil Éter Bisfenol A) curadas com aminas alifáticas TETA (Trietilenotetramina) e Jeffamina D230 foram avaliadas. Ensaios de flexão em três pontos foram usados para determinar o módulo de elasticidade (Ey) e a tensão de escoamento (σy). O sistema DGEBA/D230 mostrou as melhores propriedades mecânicas, exibindo maior flexibilidade (Ey), e maior tenacidade à fratura. No entanto, apresentou baixo valor de tensão de escoamento (Y) e resistência à abrasão. Além disso, esta rede exibe maior tenacidade e maior deformação plástica durante a fratura.

 

The mechanical and abrasive properties of epoxy resin DGEBA (Diglycidyl ether bisphenol A) cured with different apliphatic amines TETA (triethylenetetramine) and D230 Jeffamine were evaluated. Three point test bending was uesde to determine the modulus of elasticity (Ey) and yiels stress (σy). The DGEBA/D230 system showed the best mechanical properties, exhibiting greater flexibility (Ey) and higher fracture toughness and abrasion resistance. However, it showed a low yield stress value. Moreover, this network exhibits higher toughness and greater plastic deformation during fracture than the other networks.
