RECRISTALIZAÇÃO PRIMÁRIA DE UM AÇO 3% Si SOB ALTA TENSÃO DE TRAÇÃO: PRIMARY RECRYSTALLIZATION UNDER HIGH TENSION OF 3% Si STEEL

Foi investigado o efeito da tensão de tração durante o processo de descarbonetação de um aço 3% Si sobre a estrutura primária, obtida após esta etapa e sobre a estrutura secundária obtida após recozimento final. A tira foi estirada até 17% com uma tensão correspondente a 25 MPa. A deformação plástica da tira durante esta etapa aumentou o tamanho de grão primário e mudou a textura, principalmente a fibra γ. Após o recozimento final, os grãos secundários aumentaram de tamanho e ocorreu um acréscimo significativo da indução magnética a 800 A/m em relação ao material processado com baixa tensão de tração.

It was investigated the effect of the tension during the process of decarburization on the structures of 3% Si steel after primary and secondary recrystallization. The strip was stretched up to 17% with 25 MPa. The plastic deformation of the strip increases primary grain size and changes texture mainly γ fiber. After final annealing, the secondary grain size and magnetic induction increase as a consequence of the elongation increasing in the decarburization.
