Resumo

A usina de concentração de Vargem Grande 2 é a principal fornecedora de pellet feed para pelotização. Eventualmente por diversos motivos (preventivas, corretivas, desvios de controle de processo), temos elevado número de horas de paradas do mineroduto por vários motivos e entre eles, sílica.

 

The VGR Concentration Plant 2 is the main supplier of pellet feed ore for pelletizing, and eventually the pipeline pumping is interrupted for several reasons, namely quality, preventive or corrective shutdown etc. Often when silica is out of spec, the pelletizing restricts the slurry reception causing mass losses, high pipeline shutdown time and intermittent operation of the pipeline (on-off).
