REDUCTION LOGISTIC COST IN ARACRUZ USING EMBARCADOR PROJECT OF COMBUSTIBLE

Resumo

Este artigo tem a finalidade de apresentar o Projeto Embarcador de Combustível - fornecimento de combustível (óleo diesel e gasolina) para todos os veículos próprios e contratados – mostrando os resultados obtidos e reduções de custos logísticos na Aracruz. O artigo apresenta o modelo de contratação e fornecimento de combustível. Após definições básicas e a metodologia adotada, apresenta-se os resultados obtidos. As principais conclusões são: redução do preço de aquisição dos combustíveis (óleo diesel e gasolina), redução do custo de transporte em aproximadamente 5%, reajustes dos combustíveis não alteram valores contratuais dos prestadores de serviços, pois a aquisição e fornecimento do produto é responsabilidade da Aracruz.

 

This article has a finality to show a Embarcador Project of Combustible – supply combustible (diesel oil and gasoline) for all owner vehicle and its charters – to exhibit the attained results and reduces of logistic cost in Aracruz. The article shows a hire and supply combustible model. After basic definitions and the used methodology, it shows the attained results. The main conclusions are: reduction of acquisition’s prices by combustible (diesel oil and gasoline), reduction about 5% on transportation cost, readjust on combustible does not modify contractual value for companies, whereas acquisition and product supply is responsible for Aracruz.
