Resumo

O tema excesso de peso em veículos de carga está se tornando cada vez mais comum nos principais fóruns logísticos entre as usinas siderúrgicas embarcadoras de grandes volumes no Brasil. O aumento das autuações em todo território nacional e a consequente aplicação de multas, está gerando custos extras aos embarcadores e problemas junto ao Ministério Público pelos danos causados as estradas. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar as melhorias propostas e obtidas no processo de expedição de produtos acabados da empresa Vallourec Soluções Tubulares, no que tange a redução de multas recebidas por excesso de peso no eixo dos veículos que realizam o escoamento dos produtos acabados, aplicando ações simples de padronização, controle e redefinição de fluxos. A empresa optou por contratar uma consultoria especializada no assunto, gerando um diagnóstico dos principais problemas e, através da criação de um Grupo de Melhoria Continua (GMC), baseado nos conceitos do PDCA, organizou e implantou as principais ações de bloqueio às não conformidades detectadas.

 

The overweight issue in cargo vehicles is becoming increasingly common in the main logistic forums among large-scale shipbuilding steel mills in Brazil. The increase of the assessments throughout the national territory and the consequent application of fines, is generating an extra cost to the shippers and problems with the Public Prosecutor for the damages caused to the roads. The present paper aims to present the improvements proposed and obtained in the process of dispatch of finished products of the company Vallourec Soluções Tubulares, regarding the reduction of fines received for excess weight in the axis of the vehicles that carry out the finished products, applying Simple actions of standardization, control and redefinition of flows. The company opted to hire a specialized consultancy on the subject, generating a diagnosis of the main problems and, through the creation of a Continuous Improvement Group (CIT), based on the concepts of the PDCA, organized and implemented the main blocking actions to detected nonconformities..
