Resumo

desenvolvimento do projeto de automação da planta de fabricação de cimento da empresa Holcim, localizada no município de Pedro Leopoldo, Minas Gerais. Tem-se ainda como objetivo, que este artigo sirva como ferramenta de auxílio para projetos que queiram controlar plantas de cimento no sentido de esclarecer alguns pontos sobre as filosofias de sistema híbrido e CLP/SCADA e melhorar a produtividade da empresa seguindo alguns critérios definidos neste projeto. Inicialmente é apresentada uma breve descrição da planta de cimento. Em seguida, são descritas a arquitetura e as principais funcionalidades disponibilizadas no sistema de supervisão, inclusive a funcionalidade de supervisão via intranet e o tratamento de alarmes. Finalmente, conclui-se que o sistema implementado possibilitou, através das suas características e funcionalidades, maior nível de mobilidade e flexibilidade à equipe de operação e manutenção, incluindo melhora nos diagnósticos, resultando em maior eficiência da planta.

 

The objective of this article is to describe the tools and techniques used in the development of the automation for the plant manufacturing cement company Holcim, located in the city of Pedro Leopoldo, Minas Gerais. The purpose of this article is to serve as a powerful tool for projects that want to control cement plants in order to clarify some points about the philosophies of the hybrid system PLC / SCADA and improve the productivity of the company according to some criteria defined in this project. Initially it is presented a brief description of the cement plant. Then it is described the architecture and main features available in the monitoring system. Finally, we conclude that the implemented system enables through its features and functionality, higher level of mobility and flexibility of operation and maintenance, including improvements in diagnosis, resulting in greater plant efficiency.
