Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é a utilização de processos mais ágeis para avaliação e diagnostico de mistura de materiais metálicos em empresas siderúrgicas, trazendo eficiência e maior controle na gestão de estoques. Para atingir os objetivos, foram realizados testes de fagulha em quatro tipos de aços, ferro fundido e latão, onde foram analisadas suas principais características de fagulha, visando a otimização de separação desses materiais metálicos. A metodologia mostrou-se uma ferramenta importante, pois, ao ser aplicada nos estudos propostos, gerou eficiência, rapidez e confiabilidade para a separação dos materiais. Dessa forma, aumentou-se o conhecimento e a confiabilidade do método de fagulha para diagnosticar e separar misturas de materiais metálicos em estoques de empresas siderúrgicas.

 

The main goal of this study is the use of processes for a quick evaluation and diagnosis of metallic materials mixtures in steel companies, bring an efficient and better control of the company inventory. In order to reach the study goals, spark tests were carried out on four types of steel, cast iron and brass, where their main spark characteristics were analyzed, aiming the optimization in the separation of these metallic materials. The methodology is proved to be an important tool because the results of materials separation presented to be efficiently, speedily and reliably. In this way, there is a better understanding and reliability of the spark processes to be use in the diagnose of separate mixtures of metallic materials in steel companies’ inventories.
