Resumo

Com a expansão da siderurgia no cenário mundial e nacional, a formação de mão de obra especializada p/ o segmento não acompanhou a demanda necessária. Para a CSN, o cenário tornou-se mais crítico em função da instalação de novas unidades industriais próximas a Usina Presidente Vargas. Outros fatores relevantes, e que influenciaram a necessidade do formação de mão de obra, foram a mudança do turno de 8 para 6 horas e a implantação da hora de refeição. Todos esses aspectos, exigiram um sistema de capacitação eficaz e adaptado a realidade da aciaria, no qual o desenvolvimento técnico, a habilidade e a segurança foram priorizados.

 

With the expansion of the steel industry in the world and nationally, the training of skilled labor for the segment did not follow the needed demand. For CSN, the scenario has become more critical in light of the installation of new industrial units close to President Vargas Plant. Other relevant factors, which influenced the need for training of manpower, were part the shift change from 8 to 6 hours and the implemetation of meal time. All of these things, required an effective system of training and adapted to the reality of the steelworks, in which technical development, the ability and safety were prioritized.
