Resumo

Este trabalho tem por finalidade, mostrar a implementação da automação dos sistemas de monitoramento de posicionamento de toda a frota de carros torpedos na Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) em Volta Redonda. Será mostrado como o sistema atual em Web monitora a localização, suas características e validações. Com a automação, será disponibilizada uma interface entre o atual sistema de monitoramento com o sistema de captação do posicionamento, que ainda esta em fase de implementação física, da Seal. Esta interface será feita através de tabela na base de dados Oracle. Desta forma, ao receber os dados, o sistema irá avaliá-los, podendo efetuar a movimentação, represar ou não considerar por algum motivo de erro. A implementação desta automação diminuirá a quantidade de erros de movimentação de carros torpedos no sistema. Também, auxiliará ao operador da “Central de Distribuição de Gusa” a ter um melhor controle do posicionamento em tempo real. No nível gerencial, permitirá uma melhor avaliação da coordenação da movimentação de toda a frota de acordo com as necessidades da siderúrgica.

 

This document purpose is to show the implementation of all automatic liquid steel transportation car placement management system in Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) at Volta Redonda. It will be shown how the actual web system works, managing all position with its characteristics and validations rules. By the automation implementation, it will be necessary to have an interface between the actual web system and the Seal RFID position system, which is been still developing. An Oracle 9i table at the data bank will make the interface. Receiving the position data, it will be validate in order to make the liquid iron car position change, postpone the movement or discard it for an incorrect date. All this implementation will decrease the mistake liquid steel transportation car movement amount. It help the “Central de Distribuição de Gusa” user to have a better placement management at real time, too. For manager, it will allow a better movement Liquid iron transportation car fleet coordination according to all steel mill needs.
