Resumo

O modelo energético brasileiro com suas incertezas e suas previstas dificuldades futuras no suprimento nos direcionam a economizar energia, reduzir custos e também a nos preocupar com a preservação dos recursos naturais e do meio ambiente global. É importante destacar que a redução de custos e/ou consumo/demanda de energia e utilidades são necessárias, mas não devem causar perda da qualidade ou produtividade dos produtos e/ou serviços oferecidos pelas empresas. A necessidade de um sistema para apropriação de energéticos e utilidades surge em busca um “salto” tecnológico focado na melhoria das informações e contribuições cada vez maiores para as tomadas de decisões. Os setores da Vallourec & Mannesmann Tubes responsáveis pelo desenvolvimento do sistema foram a Superintendência de Tecnologia de Informação e Superintendência de Manutenção e Utilidades com objetivo de coletar, armanezar e prover ferramentas de análise sobre os dados relacionados ao consumo de energéticos da empresa.

 

The Brazilian energy model with its future uncertainties and its foreseen difficulties in the suppliment in directs them to save energy, to also reduce costs and in worrying them about the preservation of the natural resources and the global environment. It is important to detach that the reduction of costs and/or consumption/demand of energy and utilities are necessary, but do not have to cause loss of the quality or productivity of the products and/or services offered for the companies. The necessity of a system for appropriation of energy and utilities appears in search a "technological jump" focado in the improvement of the information and bigger contributions each time for the taking of decisions. The sectors of the Vallourec & responsible Mannesmann Tubes for the development of the system had been the Supervision of Technology of Information and Supervision of Maintenance and Utilities with objective to collect, to armanezar and to provide tools with analysis on the data related to the consumption of energy of the company.
