Resumo

A indústria de petróleo mais do que nunca vêm atingindo níveis de grande importância na economia mundial. A preocupação de manter a integridade dos sistemas responsáveis pelas etapas na qual o gás e o óleo devem passar antes de serem exportados, leva às operadoras de petróleo a traçarem estratégias que estabeleçam ações preventivas e corretivas, de forma a impedir possíveis falhas que poderiam não só implicar em parada do sistema, mas em perda de produção. Desta forma, surge a necessidade de se monitorar os sistemas responsáveis pela troca térmica entre o gás e a água e entre o óleo e a água. Deste modo, este trabalho tem por objetivo apresentar uma metodologia de gerenciamento da corrosão, utilizando técnicas que auxiliem na avaliação da corrosão interna em sistemas de aquecimento de óleo e resfriamento de gás, de modo a garantir a integridade dos mesmos e evitar possíveis paradas na produção.

 

The Petroleum Industry has reaching levels of great importance in the world economy. The concern about to maintain the integrity of the systems that are responsible for the stages in the which the gas and oil pass before they be exported, it takes to the petroleum operators draw strategies that establish preventive and corrective actions, in way to impede possible fails that would result, not only in stop of the system, but in production loss. Therefore, it’s necessary the monitoring of the heat exchange systems gas/ cool water and oil/ hot water, in other words, the cooling system of gas in the gas compression, and heating system that transfer heat of the hot water to the process currents of the platform, with the objective to facilitate the oil/water separation. This way, this work present a corrosion monitoring methodology using techniques that aid in the internal corrosion evaluation in oil heating and gas cooling systems, in order to guarantee their integrities and to avoid possible stops in the production.
