Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo foi analisar junto á empresas de transporte do modal rodoviário e prestadoras de serviço em uma indústria química e uma indústria de explosivos, comparar suas operações e compará-las com a operação em uma indústria cujo produto não é perigoso e que não oferece nenhum risco. Todas as empresas observadas estão situadas no Vale do Paraíba no Estado de São Paulo. Serão consideradas as características desses tipos de transporte e suas diferenças entre seus respectivos fretes. Devido ao fator “risco” o carregamento de produtos perigosos (químicos e explosivos) torna-se diferenciado e suas exigências cada vez mais duras. Por este motivo, estas cargas tornaram-se um dos maiores atrativos para todos os envolvidos, já que possuem um frete também altamente diferenciado. Em contrapartida, pelos mesmos motivos, pesadas multas e penalidades são aplicáveis pelas autoridades por incorreções neste transporte tão especializado.

 

The objective of this article will be to analyze companies of transport of the road modal and lenders of service in a chemical industry and an explosive industry, to compare its operations and to compare them with the operation in an industry whose product is not dangerous and that it does not offer risk. All the observed companies are situated in the Paraíba Valley in the State of Sao Paulo. The characteristics of these types of transport and its differences between its respective freights will be considered. Had the "risk" factor the shipment of dangerous products (chemical and explosive) becomes differentiated and its harder requirements each time. For this reason, these loads had become one of the attractive greater for all the involved ones, since they also possess a freight highly differentiated. On the other hand, for the same reasons, weighed fines and penalties are applicable for the authorities for incorrect actions in this transport so specialized.
