Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar o uso da distribuição de Weibull baseado nos dados de histórico de falhas do equipamento para tomada de decisão na Manutenção. São apresentados métodos de cálculo dos parâmetros desta distribuição que são úteis na determinação dos indicadores de confiabilidade. Além disso, acrescentados o monitoramento dos parâmetros da distribuição de Weibull e o acompanhamento da curva de taxa de falha seremos capazes de estimar tempos satisfatórios para a Manutenção Preventiva, assim como, o tempo esperado para futuras falhas. Será apresentada uma simulação do uso da distribuição de Weibull tendo como foco a interpretação dos valores obtidos desta simulação para tomada de decisão na manutenção de um compressor de ar.

 

This work has as objective to present the use of the distribution of Weibull based on the data of description of imperfections of the equipment for taking of decision in the Maintenance. Methods of calculation of the parameters of this distribution are presented that are useful in the determination of the reliability pointers. Moreover, will be observed of the parameters of the distribution of Weibull and the accompaniment of the curve of failure rate we will be capable esteem satisfactory times for the Preventive maintenance, as well as, the time waited for future imperfections. The interpretation of the gotten values of this simulation for taking of decision in the maintenance of a air compressor will be presented a simulation of the use of the distribution of Weibull having as focus.
