Resumo

Na cadeia dos itens primordiais de segurança de veiculo, encontra-se o sistema de fixação das rodas. Composto pelos fixadores os quais estão sujeitos a intensas solicitações de esforços uma vez que atrelado ao sistema de suspensão, também absorvem todas as irregularidades da pista de rolagem. Neste trabalho analisou-se o desgaste e distorções geradas pelo tempo de utilização dos parafusos de rodas de automóveis. As amostras foram retiradas de cada uma das quatro rodas do veiculo, com o intuito de se comparar os desgastes gerados pelas diferentes intensidades de solicitações. Estes parafusos foram empregados em suas funções por 56.000 quilômetros. Foram analisadas amostras de um veiculo sedã fabricado por uma montadora instalada no Brasil. Como resultados obteve-se imagens interessantes das linhas de conformação do material, assim como a sua microestrutura e macroestrutura.

 

In the chain of primary security vehicle items, is the fixation system of the wheels. Compound by fasteners which are subject to intense efforts requests once coupled to the suspension system also absorb all the irregularities of the track. In this study we analyzed the wear and distortion generated by the time of using of the wheels bolts of an automobile. Samples were taken from each of the four wheels of the vehicle, in order to compare the wear generated by different intensity requests. These screws were employed in their functions by 56,000 km. We analyzed samples of a sedan vehicle manufactured by an automaker installed in Brazil. The results obtained interesting images of lines forming material, chemical composition, as its microstructure and macrostructure
