Resumo

O objetivo deste estudo é a análise das argamassas de múltiplo uso no estado fluido, incorporadas de resíduo de rocha ornamental (RRO), coletado em Santo Antônio de Pádua/RJ. Utiliza-se do método de squeeze flow para compreender suas principais características reológicas. Esse processo se realiza através da substituição da areia pelo resíduo de rocha nas percentagens de 10%, 15% e 20%, incluídas de cimentos Portland do tipo CP II e tipo CP III. Desta forma, analisa-se a trabalhabilidade, consistência, assim como, a influência das velocidades propostas pelo método de squeeze flow, a influência do resíduo de rocha e a influência dos cimentos citados

 

The objective of this study is the analysis of the multiple use mortars of wastewater, incorporated to the sediment of Ornamental Rock (RRO), in the city of Santo Antônio de Pádua/RJ. The squeeze flow method is used for its characteristic rheological aspects. This process is accomplished by replacing the flora with the rock acid in the percentages of 10%, 15% and 20%, included of Portland cement type CP II and type CP III. Thus, the analysis of an operation, the consistency, as well as the flow influence by the squeeze flow method, the influence of the screening process and the influence of the mentioned cements.
