Resumo

O grupo CSN está presente em diferentes tipos de negócios como siderurgia, mineração, cimento, aços longos, transporte e operação portuária, de forma segura e aplicada através da logística integrada. A logística nacional designada para a Importação de itens gerais é renovada constantemente devido a necessidade dos negócios, sendo assim é possível identificar, modificar e padronizar os procedimentos e ações para atender as necessidades. A Eficiência Logística tem como objetivo retirar a carga dentro do 1º período de Armazenagem, para isso os métodos adotados foram interpretados e adaptados para atender e remover as cargas no menor espaço de tempo possível, sendo essa parte dos resultados obtidos, além da redução dos custos dos serviços contratados a partir da chegada da carga no terminal. O envolvimentos dos responsáveis no processo, tem a importância de agilizar os procedimentos, considerando os custos desnecessários. Com este propósito é possível a liberação dentro do 1º período de armazenagem.

 

The CSN group is present in different business type, such as steel, mining, cement, long steel, transportation and port operations; all safely and applied by the integrated logistics. The national logistics designated to import general items are in constantly renewed because the required of business, so we can identify, modify and standardize the procedures and actions to answer those requirements. The Logistics Efficiency aims to remove the cargo within the 1st period of storage, for this reason we adopted methods were interpreted and adapted to attend and remove the cargo in the shortest possible time, which shall be part of the results and the reduction of costs of contracted services; from the arrival of the cargo on the terminal. The involvement of leaders on the process, has the importance of speeding up the procedures, considering the unnecessary costs. With this in mind it is possible to release this process inside the 1st period of storage.
