Resumo

A observação metalográfica é um meio bastante poderoso para prever ou explicar as propriedades e o comportamento de uma peça metálica, já que permite conhecer a estrutura do material, i.e. , os seus constituintes micro-estruturais (fases), bem como a morfologia e a distribuição destes. A metalografia colorida tem como objetivo depositar finos filmes de interferência na superfície do metal, através da reação química entre esta superfície e um reagente metalográfico adequado. No presente trabalho observou-se a influência de diferentes tratamentos térmicos na microestrutura do aço em estudo utilizando-se da metalografia colorida somando-se um ensaio de dureza

 

The metallographic observation is a very powerful means to predict or explain the properties and behavior of a metal part, since it allows to know the structure of the material, ie, their micro-structural constituents (phases) and the morphology and distribution of these The color metallography aims to deposit thin films interference metal surface through chemical reaction between this surface and a reagent metallographic appropriate. In this study we observed the influence of different heat treatments on the microstructure of steel in a study using color metallography of adding to a hardness test.
