Resumo

O grupo CSN esta presente em diferentes tipos de negócios como siderurgia, mineração, cimento, aços longos, transporte e operação portuária, exigindo um alto grau de conhecimento técnico para a formação do planejamento estratégico e operacional.cu u A Logística Nacional aplicada na Importação de projetos é renovada constantemente pela ampla gama de negócios, no qual identificamos que para melhores condições de atendimento a demanda foram necessários mapear, modificar e padronizar procedimentos e ações que atenderiam em suma os investimentos contratados. Durante a formação dessa nova logística, identificamos que os trabalhos deveriam seguir os parâmetros que a CSN apresenta no âmbito corporativo, respeitando e seguindo de forma a otimizar a cultura da empresa. Os resultados obtidos foram a redução do tempo de transporte pela gestão direta e check list de ações, redução do custo dos serviços contratados em torno de 15% através da redução do serviço de BPO e garantia no ressarcimento de danos a carga pelo processo de regulação de sinistros com base nas Circulares SUSEP Nº 256, Nº 306 e Nº 448/12 adotado em apólice e por final uma maior sinergia interna com a visão de que cada planta produtiva é um cliente interno com suas especificidades

 

The CSN group is present in different types of business such as stell, mining, cement, long steel, transportation and port operation, requiring a high degree of technical knowledge To the formation of strategic planning and operacional. The nacional logistics applied on import projects is constantly renewed by the wice range of business, in wich que identified for better service conditions demand were needed to map, modify and atandardize produceres and actions that would answer in short investment contracted.During the information of this new logistics, indetified that the work should follow the parameters that CSN hás in the corporate, respecting and following in order to optimize the company’s culture. The results were the reduction of transport time for the direct management and check listo f actions, reducing the cost os contracted services around 15% by reducing the BPO service and guaranteethe recovery of damages by the load adjustment process claims based on SUSEP Circular nº 256, n 306 and nº 448/12 adopted in policy, and ultimately greater internal synergy with the view that each production plant is na internal client with their specificities.
