The thermo-dimensional response is a decisive parameter for the qualification of artificial rocks intended for countertops, tabletops, and interior cladding subjected to temperature variations. In this work, the behavior of a vitreous artificial rock produced with recycled soda-lime glass and an epoxy matrix was evaluated by dilatometry, comparing two compositions selected by particulate packing (#4 and #8) with reference materials: Branco SIENA granite and Branco PRIME agglomerated rock. The formulations were defined through simplex-centroid design, vibrated density, and statistical treatment, and processed by thermal pressing at 15 MPa, 90 °C, and 20 min, with initial and post-curing vacuum. The physical indices were treated as benchmarks of densification and void connectivity. Dilatometry showed that composition #4 exhibited a more stable trajectory, with a lower linear thermal expansion coefficient (3.78 × 10⁻³ mm/m°C), while composition #8 showed greater dimensional sensitivity (7.51 × 10⁻³ mm/m°C). Among the comparative materials, SIENA White presented 4.16 × 10⁻³ mm/m°C and PRIME White, 8.48 × 10⁻³ mm/m°C. The results indicate that packing, efficient impregnation, and low open porosity directly govern dimensional stability, highlighting composition #4 as the formulation with the best technological margin.
