Additive manufacturing requires rigorous rheological control to ensure the material combines fluidity during pumping with rapid mechanical structuring after extrusion. This work proposes an innovative sustainable approach: using the high porosity and water sorption capacity of ground rice husk particles (5% to 15% by mass) as a natural rheology modifier. Static and dynamic rheological properties were investigated via rotational rheometry with Vane geometry, evaluating the static yield stress (τ0,s), the structuring rate (Athix), the dynamic stress (τ0), and the plastic stiffness (µ). Feed configurations were Roussel stability models to predict the mechanical behavior of the layers. The incorporation of 15% dry husk increased the initial stress from 176.5 Pa to 2251.9 Pa and the Athix rate to 23.4 Pa/min. Physical printing tests validated the model, demonstrating that the developed biocomposite enabled the stable production of a 24 cm high cylinder without structural collapse.
