Atualmente as organizações estão inseridas na lógica de se buscar maior produtividade, qualidade e competitividade. Em ambientes de mudanças constantes faz-se necessário um modelo de gestão sistêmica que impulsione as relações internas e destas com o ambiente na qual a organização está inserida. O presente artigo objetiva analisar a evolução da Teoria Geral dos Sistemas nas organizações e como esta teoria influencia na atualidade as interações dinâmicas entre homem, organização e ambiente.
Today organizations are inserted in line to get higher productivity, quality and competitiveness. In environments of constant change it is necessary a model management system to boost the internal and of the environment in which the organization is inserted. This article aims to analyze the evolution of the General Theory of systems in organizations and how this influences the present theory the dynamic interactions between human, organization and environment.
