Resumo

O presente trabalho mostra a análise da compressão do anel na liga de alumínio AA6051 e do aço SAE8640 para relacionar a variação das dimensões dos dois materiais obtendo o coeficiente de atrito e uma comparação simples e rápida entre dois lubrificantes através dos resultados para os materiais relacionados. Este método do ensaio do anel é um teste quantitativo, aliado as curvas de escoamentos dos materiais, mostrando que o atrito está ligado diretamente na variação da geometria na compressão. O atrito tem um efeito significativo na deformação do material, alterando a força de compressão e no desgaste ferramenta e peça.

 

This work shows the analysis of the compression ring in AA6051 aluminum alloy and steel SAE8640 to relate the variation of the dimensions of the two materials getting the friction coefficient and a simple and quick comparison between two lubricants through the results to related materials. This method of test ring is a quantitative test, along the curves of flow of materials, showing that the friction is connected directly to the variation in the geometry compression. The friction has a significant effect on the deformation of the material, altering the compressive force and the wear of the tool and workpiece.
