Resumo

O tratamento de recozimento é uma prática comum na indústria, ele é realizado com a finalidade de restabelecer as propriedades mecânicas do material, modificada durante a laminação a frio. Porém o tamanho do grão do material sofre modificação permanente, não retornando ao seu tamanho original. O trabalho investigou comportamento do tamanho do grão de uma liga de alumínio após a laminação a frio, analisando sua microestrutura e recristalização para uma redução de área de 40% a vários tempos e temperaturas de recozimento. Pode-se constatar que o tamanho do grão é uma função do tempo e da temperatura de recozimento. Sobre a recristalização observou-se que ela ocorre mais rápida com o aumento da temperatura.

 

The treatment of annealing is a common practice in the industry; it is carried out to restore the mechanical properties of the material, modified during the cold rolling. Therefore, the material grain size suffers permanent change, not returning to its original size. This work studied the behavior of an aluminum alloy grain size after cold rolling, analyzing its microstructure and recrystallization for 40% of the reduction area at several times and temperatures of annealing. We can see that the grain size is a function of the time and the annealing temperature. About recrystallization was observed that it occurs more quickly with increasing of the temperature.
