Resumo

Este trabalho apresenta o estudo da resina epoxídica DGEBA, analisando o impacto da estrutura de aminas alifáticas, em suas propriedades mecânicas e térmicas, com vista na sua utilização em compósitos particulados. O sistema epóxi foi formulado a partir da mistura da resina DGEBA, com as aminas, TEPA, Jefamina D230 e misturas destas aminas na razão estequiométrica, equivalente á equivalente. O peso equivalente de epóxi e das aminas foi determinado por titulação potenciométrica. Para a caracterização destas formulações foram utilizadas as análises DMA e ensaio de flexão. Os resultados obtidos por titulação potenciométrica da resina epóxi e de ambas as aminas, apresentaram valores de peso equivalente igual á 187,3 g.eq-1 , 32,4 g.eq-1 e 59,8 g.eq-1 . Através da tangente de delta foi possível definir a temperatura de transição vítrea usada para analisar a estrutura da resina após a reação de cura. Os módulos de armazenamento dos sistemas epoxídicos apresentam a inflexão deslocada em função da composição. Comparando o sistema DGEBA/TEPA com as misturas o módulo de flexão teve um aumento.

 

This work presents the study of epoxy resin, DGEBA, analyzing the impact of the structure of aliphatic amines, in their mechanical and thermal properties, for its use in composites particles. The system epoxy was formulated starting from the mixture of the resin DGEBA, with the amines, TEPA, Jeffamine D230 and mixtures of these amines in the ratio stoichiometric, equivalent to equivalent. The equivalent weight of epoxy and of the amines was determined by potentiometric titration. For the characterization of these formulations the analyses were used DMA and testing of flexion. The results obtained by potentiometric titration of the epoxy resin and of both amines, showed values of equivalent weight equal to 187,3 g.eq-1 , 32,4 g.eq-1 e 59,8 g.eq-1 . Through the tangent of delta could define the glass transition temperature used to analyze the structure of the resin after the reaction of curing. The modules for storage of epoxy systems have moved to change depending on the composition. Comparing the systemDGEBA/TEPA with mixtures of the flexural modulus increased.
