O projeto citado visa apresentar os resultados alcançados na solução da indisponibilidade dos queimadores de GCO (Gás Coqueria) , nas 03 (três) unidades geradoras de vapor da Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN) , provocada por corrosão na câmara de abastecimento. Dentro do método estabelecido buscamos regularizar o consumo de Gás Siderúrgico , com a QUEIMA de um gás com ótimo poder calorífico (4300 Kcal/Nm3) , reduzindo o custo da ENERGIA ELÉTRICA gerada na Central Termoeletrica (CTE- 2), por aproveitar combustível próprio com redução do consumo de Gás Natural. Utilizando metodologia de solução de problemas, identificamos após análise da concepção do queimador , material de fabricação e composição do gás , que o projeto não tratou devidamente a transformação dos constituintes orgânicos do GCO (Gás de Coqueria) , que condensam quando resfria , gerando depósitos de óxidos , enxofre e sulfato de amônio . Os produtos de corrosão se misturam com os depósitos orgânicos nas linhas, causando restrições no dimensional da câmara e ataque à chaparia .

 

The mentioned project seeks to present the results reached in the solution of the unavailability of the burners of GCO (Coke Oven Gas), in the 03 (three) generating units of steam of the Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional (CSN), provoked for corrosion in the ring chamber . Using of the established method we got regularize the consumption of Coke Oven Gas, with it BURNS her/it of a gas with great calorific power (4300 Kcal/Nm3), reducing the cost of the ELECTRIC POWER generated in the Power Plant 2 , for taking advantage of own fuel with reduction of the consumption of Natural gas. Using methodology of solution of problems, we identified after analysis of the conception of the burner, manufactured material and composition of the gas, that the project didn't treat the organic elements' transformation of GCO (Coke Oven Gas), that condense when catches and cold, generating deposits of oxides, sulfur and sulfate of ammonium. The corrosion products are mixed with the organic deposits in the lines, causing restrictions in the dimensional of the ring chamber and attack of the plate.
