Resumo

Apresentação de um caso real de logística de transporte de 12.000 pessoas entre seis cidades próximas ao pólo industrial de Cubatão – SP e a usina de Cubatão do grupo Usiminas, atendendo a jornadas diversas de turno e administrativo, funcionários próprios e empresas terceirizadas. Demonstração de detalhes da operação do transporte entre a residência e a usina, bem como da distribuição e apanha desse público entre as diversas unidades dentro da planta, distantes entre si devido ao tamanho da usina: 12.500.000 m² e 90 km de ruas e avenidas.

 

Presentation of a real case of transportation logistics of 12,000 people from six cities nearby the industrial center of Cubatão - SP and Cubatao plant of Usiminas group, given several hours of shift and administrative employees and subcontractors themselves. Statement of details of the operation of transportation between home and the plant as well as the distribution of public and take between the various units within the plant, far between due to the size of the plant: 12.5 million square meters and 90 km of streets and avenues.
