Resumo

Este artigo tem como objetivo apresentar os sistemas logísticos de suporte ao comércio exterior brasileiro que visam essencialmente conferir ganhos competitivos em relação aos produtos exportados e importados através dos portos do País, em termos de redução dos preços dos serviços logísticos e do lead time das operações, visualizando uma perspectiva porta a porta. Para tanto, será apresentado o Modelo Logístico do Comércio Exterior Brasileiro, que servirá para melhor visualizar as operações que são partes integrantes e fundamentais em todas as fases, do início da necessidade de algum produto que esteja além fronteira até o encerramento efetivo do processo, ou seja, o recebimento dos produtos nas especificações desejadas bem como toda a quitação comercial e fiscal incidentes no processo. Serão apresentados ainda, os três importantes processos logísticos relacionados ao Comex, “Negociação”, “Controle e Fiscalização” e “Transportes e Movimentação”, que se observados buscando sua otimização, processo a processo, apresentarão como benefícios um menor lead time, menores custos e menores taxas de avarias.

 

This article has as objective presents the systems logístics support to the Brazilian external trade that means essentially to check won competitive in relation to the exported products and imported through the ports of the Country, in terms of price’s reduction of the services logístics and of the lead time of the operations, searching a perspective carries the door to door. Although, the Logístic Model of the Brazilian External Trade will be presented, that it will be for best to search the operations that are integral and fundamental parts in all of the steps, of the beginning of the need of some product that is beyond border until the effective closing of the process, in other words, the reception of the products in the wanted specifications as well as the whole commercial quittance and fiscal incidents in the process. They will still be presented, the three important logístics processes related to the External Trade, "Negotiation", "Control and Fiscalization" and "Transports and Movement", that if observed looking for optimization, process to process, they will present as benefits a smaller lead time, smaller costs and smaller taxes of mishaps.
