Resumo

O trabalho analisa o estudo de caso sobre uma abordagem de otimização do MTBF e MTTR utilizando a metodologia Seis Sigma no atual sistema de gerenciamento da manutenção da Brasmetal Waelzholz S/A Indústria e Comércio, empresa que atua no ramo de relaminação de aço e que possui, entre outros processos, decapagem, laminação a frio, tratamento térmico e revestimento superficial. O levantamento de dados foi feito através do sistema existente de histórico de manutenção de uma Linha de Decapagem Contínua tipo Push-Pull. A partir dos resultados obtidos através da metodologia aplicada, pode-se avaliar a eficiência dos planos de manutenção existentes na empresa e dos investimentos que estavam em fase de implantação, com isso, algumas sugestões de melhorias foram implantadas.

 

The paper analyzes the case study on a boarding of improvement of MTBF and MTTR using the methodology Six Sigma in the current system of management of the maintenance of the Brasmetal Waelzholz S/A Industria e Comércio, This company act in the branch of cold rolling of steel and have among others processes, pickling, rolling cold, thermal treatment and superficial covering. Collected data were made based made through the existing system of description of maintenance of one equipment: Line of Continuous Pickling Push-Pull type. The results gotten through the applied methodology, the efficiency of the existing target of maintenance in the company and of the investments that were in implantation phase, with this, some suggestions of improvements had been implanted.
