Resumo

No presente trabalho é apresentada uma técnica para otimização dos teores de Manganês e Fósforo e Temperatura de Fim de Sopro em Conversor de Sopro Combinado, assim como suas limitações e perspectivas de aplicação. As equações empíricas obtidas via técnica de regressão de multivariáveis são obtidas para faixas mais restritas de seus teores. Em função desta análise, um modelo matemático baseado em balanço de massa e térmico será desenvolvido visando avaliar a possibilidade de aprimorar esta capacidade de previsão. A formulação deste modelo e um ajuste preliminar a dados industriais são apresentados e discutidos, salientando-se as principais limitações e dificuldades na aplicação desta metodologia.

 

In the present work a technique is presented for optimization of the contents of Manganese and Phosphorus and Temperature of End of Blow in Converter of Combined Blow, as well as their limitations and application perspectives. The equations obtained empiric road technique of multivariables regression are obtained for more restricted strips of their contents. As result of this analysis, a mathematical model based on mass balance and thermal it will be developed seeking to evaluate the possibility to perfect this forecasting capacity. The formulation of this model and a preliminary adjustment to industrial data are presented and discussed, and the main limitations and difficulties in the application of this methodology are highlighted.
