Resumo

É pré-requisito à qualidade de produtos e serviços a confiabilidade das interfaces homem-sistema. A análise da confiabilidade humana (ACH) estuda a execução das ações humanas nos sistemas, limitações e fatores que influenciam seu desempenho, visão aderente à proposta pela Teoria Geral de Sistemas (TGS) em detrimento à visão particionada do conhecimento. O objetivo deste artigo é provar a necessidade de um modelo de gestão sistêmica unificando ACH e TGS.

 

It is pre-requisite to quality of products and services to the reliability of human-system interfaces. The analysis of human reliability (ACH) examines the implementation of human actions on systems, limitations and factors that influence their performance, adhering to the vision proposed by the General Theory of Systems (TGS) in detriment to the vision of partitioned knowledge. This paper proves the need for a unified system management model ACH and TGS.
