Resumo

A indústria automotiva busca maior lucratividade em suas linhas de produção. Esta busca está relacionada a linhas flexíveis com alta disponibilidade para aumentar a margem de lucro e reduzir os custos agregados. Neste contexto, a implantação da tecnologia MRP permite otimizar o planejamento da produção e obter ganhos expressivos. Neste trabalho, mostra-se como a implantação da tecnologia MRP pode contribuir para agilizar e reduzir custos operacionais no processo de manufatura de componentes automotivos. Os resultados desta implantação reduzem os níveis de estoque e aumentam a produtividade diminuindo as paradas das linhas de montagem, além de gerar informação com qualidade em menor tempo entre clientes e fornecedores.

 

The automotive industry seeks for greater profitability in their production lines. This quest is related to flexible lines with high availability to increase profit margins and reduce the aggregate costs. In this context, technology deployment MRP allows you to optimize production planning and achieves significant gains. This work shows how the technology deployment MRP can help streamline and reduce operating costs in the manufacturing process of automotive components. The results of this implementation are the reduced stock levels and increased productivity by decreasing assembly stops lines besides generates quality information in a shorter time between customers and suppliers.
