Resumo

Este trabalho apresenta uma solução através dos sistemas de visão artificial para a inspeção de superfície de metais baseado na utilização de câmeras inteligentes. Para o perfeito funcionamento deste sistema foi necessário um estudo detalhado em várias áreas de conhecimento para concluirmos que alguns fatores como iluminação, lente, câmera e software se não ajustados corretamente e de forma integrada, impossibilitaria o seu perfeito funcionamento, pois os defeitos encontrados nas superfícies dos metais têm características específicas que somente a utilização da câmera isoladamente tornaria impossível sua identificação. Com o sistema proposto conseguimos descobrir, identificar e visualizar os problemas encontrados nas superfícies metálicas, melhorando a qualidade, diminuindo a interferência humana no processo, aumentando a velocidade de produção, eliminando retardo em pontos de inspeção, e com isso, maximizando os rendimentos, sendo comprovada a sua utilização em indústrias siderúrgicas alcançando a excelência neste tipo de inspeção.

 

This work presents a solution through the systems of artificial vision for the inspection of metal surface based in the use of intelligent cameras. For the perfect functioning of this system it was necessary a study detailed in some areas of knowledge to conclude that some factors as lighting, lens, camera and software if not adjusted correctly and of integrated form, it would disable its perfect functioning, therefore the defects found in the surfaces of metals have specific characteristics that only the use of the camera separately would become impossible its identification. With the considered system we obtain to figure out, to identify and to visualize the problems found in the metallic surfaces, improving the quality, reduced the interference human being in the process, increasing the production speed, eliminating delays in points of inspection, and with this, maximizing the incomes, being proven its use in steel industries reaching the excellency in this type of inspection.
