Abstract

Este artigo apresenta o fluxo interno da distribuição de materiais sobressalentes utilizado pela Gerdau Açominas, descrevendo em especial a área de Administração de Materiais com enfoque no almoxarifado. Para esse efeito descreve-se e comenta-se desde e requisição até a entrega ao setor requisitante, incluindo a roteirização, o manuseio e a movimentação dos materiais dentro do contexto de desenvolvimento e melhoria dos processos. As orientações aqui apresentadas baseiam-se no processo de armazenagem, separação e distribuição de materiais adotado na Gerdau Açominas pela Gerência de Suprimentos – Administração de Materiais.

 

This article presents the internal surplus materials distribution flow used by Gerdau Açominas, describing in special the Materials Administration area with approach in the warehouse. For this effect describes and comments since the requesting until the delivery to customer sector, implicating the routing, handling and material handling in context of development and improvement of processes. The guidance presented here are based on the process of storage, picking and materials distribution adopted at Gerdau Açominas for the Supplyment Management – Materials Administration.
