Abstract

A prevenção de acidentes no ambiente de trabalho se torna imprescindível para proteger os colaboradores no setor automotivo. Este setor busca ferramentas de prevenção para contribuir de forma orquestrada com a segurança e proteção do colaborador na atividade laboral. O EPI é uma destas ferramentas que estão associadas à prevenção e neutralização dos riscos de acidentes. O acidente tem custo oneroso se comparado à prevenção, está pode melhorar a imagem da empresa perante a sociedade e concorrentes do setor. Neste cenário, este trabalho apresenta implementação de um processo sistêmico automático para fazer a gestão de EPI como forma de reduzir custos. Os métodos aplicados nas células de produção do setor automotivo são detalhados e analisados para neutralizar possíveis riscos de acidentes com custo reduzido. Essa aplicação permite obter os seguintes resultados como: minimizar ou eliminar acidentes, garantir a retirada de EPI, diminuir custos com EPI, melhorar a qualidade de vida do trabalhador e melhorar a imagem da empresa perante ao mercado globalizado.

 

The prevention of accidents in the work environment becomes essential to protect employees in the automotive sector. This sector seeks prevention tools to contribute in an orchestrated way with the safety and protection of the employee in the work activity. The PPE is one of these tools that are associated with the prevention and neutralization of the risks of accidents. The accident has costly cost compared to prevention, it can improve the company's image before society and competitors in the industry. In this scenario, this work presents the implementation of an automatic systemic process to manage PPE as a way to reduce costs. The methods applied to the production cells of the automotive sector are detailed and analyzed to counteract possible risks of accidents at low cost. This application allows the following results to be obtained: minimizing or eliminating accidents, ensuring the withdrawal of PPE, reducing costs with PPE, improving the worker's quality of life and improving the company's image vis-à-vis the globalized market.
