Abstract

O trabalho tem como objetivo mostrar a influência da escolha do desengraxante, do método de aplicação, das características químicas e físicas do produto, da classificação físico química das impurezas orgânicas na superfície metálica , do mecanismo de desengraxe, dos critérios de seleção, dos parâmetros de trabalho e dos controles químicos dos banhos, na qualidade das peças tratadas termicamente. Além disso, serão mostrados os métodos de descarte e o tratamento dos efluentes, visando a proteção ambiental. Foram escolhidos dois desengraxantes de uso industrial, dois métodos de aplicação, dois equipamentos de lavagem industrial e peças seriadas diversas que sofreram tratamento térmico. Foram comparadas as especificações técnicas, o desempenho dos desengraxantes, a eficácia dos banhos, o estado das superfícies desengraxadas e listados os fatores que influenciaram nos resultados dos testes realizados. Foram usadas técnicas de análise química dos banhos, controle de alcalinidade total , livre e PH , além de métodos para determinação do ponto de saturação dos banhos desengraxantes. Os resultados, relacionam a escolha do desengraxante ao aspecto superficial das peças tratadas termicamente, visando a eliminação de etapas posteriores de limpeza mecânica .

 

Objetive : The work has as objetive to show the influence of the choice of the cleaners, of the method of application, the chemical characteristics and physical of the product, of the chemical and physical classification of the organic impurities in the metallic surface, of the mechanism of it degreases, the criteria of election, the parameters of work and the chemical controls of the banns, in the quality of the heat treated parts. Moreover, to the methods of discarding and the treatment of the effluent ones will be shown, aiming at the ambient protection. Methodology : Two cleaners of industrial use, two methods of application had been chosen, two equipment of industrial laudering and diverse mass parts that had suffered heat treatment. The specifications techniques, the performance of the cleaners, the effectiveness of the banns, the state of the degreased surfaces had been compared and listed the factors that had influenced in the results of the carried through testes. They had been used techniques of the carried through tests. They had been used techniques of chemical analysis of the banns, control of total alkalinity, exempts and pH, beyond methods for determination of the point of saturation of the cleaners banns. Results : The results, relate the choice of the cleaners to the superficial aspect of the treatedparts,aimingattheeliminationof subsequentstagesofcleanersmechanics.
