Abstract

Este trabalho descreverá a implantação da metodologia de gestão autônoma em locomotivas, introduzindo uma cultura de excelência de resultados através da interação de maquinistas e manobreiros com o equipamento ferroviário visando minimizar as perdas do processo de movimentação interna, apresentando os resultados alcançados e assim demonstrar o potencial da gestão autônoma como ferramenta de crescimento sustentável.

This work describes the deployment of autonomous management methodology in locomotives, introducing a culture of excellence of results through interaction of train drivers with equipment to minimize losses of internal handling process, presenting results achieved and thus demonstrate the potential of autonomous management as a tool for sustainable growth.
