Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo avaliar a eficiência operacional da cadeia logística de transporte e embarque de carboquímicos no Complexo Industrial e Portuário do Pecém, por meio da análise da produtividade operacional, da infraestrutura disponível e dos investimentos realizados pelo terminal portuário e pelos prestadores de serviços operacionais, visando ao aumento da segurança, da eficiência e da competitividade no mercado.

This article aims to evaluate the operational efficiency of the logistics chain for the transportation and shipment of coal-chemical products at the Pecém Industrial and Port Complex through an analysis of operational productivity, available infrastructure, and investments made by the port terminal and operational service providers, with the goal of enhancing safety, efficiency, and market competitiveness.
