Abstract

O aço inoxidável ferrítico tipo 430 estabilizado com Nb, com e sem recozimento após laminação a quente, foi laminado a frio e submetido a recozimentos isotérmicos em temperaturas de 650ºC, 700ºC, 750ºC e 800°C por 900 s para análise da evolução da textura de recristalização e do tamanho do grão via técnica de EBSD. Ocorreu o refino do grão após recristalização, resultando em um tamanho final de 12,2 mm. Observou-se um aumento da intensidade das componentes (111)[12 1] e (111)[01 1] da fibra g e diminuição na intensidade da fibra α de deformação. A componente cubo girado, característica do aço laminado a quente, desaparece com a recristalização. As propriedades mecânicas desse aço, principalmente o comportamento em estampagem profunda, são diretamente afetadas por sua textura de recristalização.

 

Ferritic stainless steel type 430 stabilized with Nb, with and without annealing after hot rolled, was cold rolled and subjected to isothermal annealing at 650°C, 700°C, 750°C and 800°C for 900 s to analyze the evolution of the recrystallization texture and grain size through EBSD technique. There was an increase in intensity of the component (111)[12 1] and (111)[011] of g fiber and the decrease in intensity of the deformation fiber α. The rotated cube component, feature of the hot rolled steel, decreased with annealing time. The results showed that occurred the grain refining after recrystallization, resulting in a final average size of 12,2 μm. The mechanical properties of these steels, especially the behavior in deep drawing, are directly affected by their recrystallization texture.
