Abstract

O fator humano vem recebendo bastante enfoque de pesquisadores e estudiosos nos últimos anos devido às estatísticas de acidentes aeronáuticos que o apontam como o principal fator contribuinte nestes eventos. Este artigo teve como objetivo analisar o fator humano atuando em sistemas complexos como a aviação, entender os principais modelos de gestão de erros humanos e de gestão de segurança de vôo adotados pela International Civil Aviation Organization, discutindo a eficiência destes na qualidade da capacitação das tripulações aeronáuticas. A pesquisa é bibliográfica, exploratória e de abordagem qualitativa. Constatou-se que programas de gestão da segurança de vôo como os Reportes Voluntários, FOQA, LOSA e de treinamento em CRM são ferramentas fundamentais para a qualidade da capacitação dos recursos humanos e para a segurança de vôo quando utilizadas de forma integrada e sistêmica.

 

Abstract The human factor has received much focus of researchers and scholars in recent years due to aircraft accident statistics that indicates as the main contributing factor in these events. This article aims to analyze the human factor acting in complex systems such as aviation, to understand the key management models of human error and aviation safety management adopted by the International Civil Aviation Organization, discussing the efficiency of the quality of aviation crew training. The research has bibliography, exploratory and qualitative approach. It was found that programs to manage aviation safety and the Voluntary Reports, FOQA, LOSA and CRM training tools are fundamental to the quality of human resources training and flight safety when used in an integrated and systemic
