Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo geral descrever e analisar o processo de implantação do sistema de administração da produção baseado nos conceitos e na utilização da Teoria das Restrições. Será realizada uma pesquisa bibliográfica e sugerido a aplicação de um procedimento para implantação da Teoria das Restrições em uma empresa fabricante de anéis de vedação, busca-se apresentar e analisar as etapas de implantação, identificar as limitações e gargalos, apresentar os prováveis resultados que poderão ser obtidos com a aplicação da ferramenta. Quais os impactos sejam positivos ou negativos, com a utilização da Teoria das Restrições na produção da empresa, se essa utilização interfere na produtividade e ganho da empresa, por meio do foco no gargalo da produção. Será utilizado como técnica de coleta de dados a análise de documentos da empresa, para identificar a restrições e posteriormente sugerir como explorá-la. A Teoria das Restrições visa aumentar o lucro com a maximização dos gargalos produtivos. Com base nesta teoria foi elaborado um plano de aplicação a fim de descrever as etapas e construir um procedimento que deve ser seguido pela empresa estudada.

 

This article aims generally describe and analyze the process of implementing of the management system of production based on the concepts and the use of Theory of Constraints. There will be a literature review and suggested the application of a procedure for implementing the Theory of Constraints in a manufacturer of sealing rings. We seek to present and analyze the stages of implementation, identify constraints and bottlenecks, and provide the likely results that may be obtained from the application of the tool, the positive or negative using the Theory of Constraints, if such use interferes with productivity and gain of the company, by focusing on the production bottleneck. Will be used as a technique for data collection the analysis of company documents to identify the constraints and then suggest how to explore it. The Theory of Constraints aims to increase profit by the maximization of bottlenecks productive. Based on this theory was developed an implementation plan to outline the steps and build a procedure to be followed by the company.
