Abstract

A Razão desse trabalho é relatar como a Air Products, Unidade Guaíba, conseguiu otimizar a produção de Argônio Líquido - LAR, atuando na redução do tempo de especificação do produto após uma interrupção inesperada no processo. Estudando-se O porquê dos fatos resultou na quebra de um paradigma - a impossibilidade de baixar o tempo de especificação do LAR sem emprego de capital. Os bons resultados deixaram de ser “acidentais”.

 

Working on procedures improvement we got to optimize the production of Liquid Argon - LAR, acting in the reduction of the time of specification of the product after an unexpected interruption in the process. We reached that result without accomplishing any investment in the purchase of instruments or new equipments in the process.
