Abstract

O trabalho descreve o aumento de produtividade do Recozimento em Caixa n° 4 da CSN obtido com a redução do lead time de processo, visando o aumento de sua capacidade produtiva, com foco na preservação da qualidade do produto final (superfície e propriedade mecânica) e com zero investimento. O trabalho mostra as diferentes ferramentas usadas em otimização de processos (análise estatística, escala piloto, escala industrial etc.) e a importância do conhecimento do processo na busca dos resultados. Com a realização deste projeto foi possível obter importantes resultados de produção, dispondo uma maior quantidade de produto laminado a frio, atendendo a demanda do mercado, além da redução de custos de manufatura, maximizando a margem deste produto, tornando a empresa mais competitiva no mercado.

The paper describes the increase in productivity Batch Annealing 4CSN obtained with the reduction of Lead time, in order to increase its production capacity while preserving the quality of the final product (surface and mechanical property) with zero investment. The paper shows the different tools used for process optimization (statistical analysis, pilot scale, industrial scale etc.) And the importance of process knowledge in the search results. With the completion of this project was obtained important results in production, providing a greater amount of cold-rolled product, meeting the market demand and the reduction of manufacturing costs by maximizing the margin of this product, making the company more competitive in the market.
