Abstract

Este artigo tem como objetivo demonstrar os ganhos obtidos com automatizações de atividades manuais de média complexidade em análise e moderado tempo de execução. Para alcançarmos o objetivo, sem altos investimentos, foram desenvolvidas automatizações através de programação em Visual Basic (VBA) e Scripts SAP, utilizando como plataforma o Microsoft Excel. A integração do Excel com o SAP se mostrou eficaz, possibilitou a execução de tarefas de forma automatizada em massa, reduzindo o tempo total de execução das atividades e alavancando a performance geral dos executantes.

 

This article aims to demonstrate the gains obtained with automation of manual activities of medium complexity analysis and moderate execution time. To achieve this goal, without high investments, automations were developed through programming in Visual Basic (VBA) and SAP Scripts, using Microsoft Excel as a platform. The integration of Excel with SAP has proved itself effective, enabling tasks to be performed in a mass automated way, reducing the total execution time of the activities and leveraging the overall performance of the performing party
