Abstract

Este artigo apresenta o modelo de Gestão do Estoque na Gerdau Açominas dentro do contexto de desenvolvimento e melhoria dos processos, para implementação de um sistema de identificação em seu almoxarifado, utilizando a solução Standard SAP Console, associada à tecnologia de rádio freqüência (RF) e coletores de dados. Para esse efeito descreve-se e comenta-se os cenários do projeto e os benefícios obtidos após implementação. As orientações aqui apresentadas baseiam- se no processo de armazenagem, separação e distribuição de materiais adotado na Gerdau Açominas pela Gerência de Suprimentos – Administração de Materiais.

 

This article inside shows the model of Supply Management in the Gerdau Açominas on context of development and processes improvement, for implementation of an identification system in its warehouse, using the solution Standard SAPConsole, associated with the radio technology frequency (RF) and data collectors. For this effect describes and comments the scenes of the project and the benefits gotten after implementation. The guidelines presented here are based on the process of storage, separation and materials distribution adopted in the Gerdau Açominas for the Supplyment Management – Materials Administration.
