Abstract

O elevado tempo de execução na emissão de Requisição de Transporte e o desperdício de recursos oriundos de impressões de papéis, bem como as inconsistências e/ou falta de informações por parte dos solicitantes de transporte, apontou a necessidade de desenvolver o sistema de automatização dos processos de RTCG na COSIPA. Este trabalho, proporcionou uma redução de até 85% no tempo de programação, minimizando os erros de preenchimento, padronizando as informações, contribuindo na otimização de espaço disponível em diretórios de rede, agilizando a troca eletrônica de dados entre os requisitantes de transporte, almoxarifado, assistente de Logística e o transportador, e ainda reduziu em 100% as impressões de papéis, minimizando custos com papel e tinta de impressora e os impactos ambientais.

 

The raised time of execution in the emission of solicitation of transport and the wastefulness of deriving resources with impressions of papers, as well as the inconsistencies and/or lack of information by transport solicitants, pointed the necessity to develop the system of automatization of the processes of SGLT in the COSIPA. This work, provided a reduction of up to 85% in the programming time, minimizing the errors of fulfilling, standardizing the information, contributing in the optimization of space in net directories, speeding the electronic data exchange between the solicitants of transport, warehouse, assistant of logistic and the transporter, and still it reduced in 100% the impressions of papers, minimizing costs with paper and printer ink and ambient impacts.
