Abstract

The aim of the present work is to describe experimental procedures to measure the contact angle and the spreading of physiologic related fluids in a biomaterial. The introduction of the digital image processing aiding in the measurements of the contact angles has demonstrated to be an interesting tool for standardization and accuracy of such measurements.
